If you wish to return or exchange a good or an essence for any reason, please make sure that it is returned to us within 7 days of receipt.
It must be in an 'as sent condition'.
We do not accept essences which have been opened, damaged or had their tamper proof seals removed or broken.
Cost of postage for returns to our address is payable by the customer.
Upon safe receipt of the returned order, we will give you a full refund (minus the postage & packing charged).
